About PAMC

PAMC currently holds office at the 5th Floor, Phoenix AppleLand Tower, Roxas Boulevard corner Ortigas Street, Baclaran, Pasay City. It is duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) under registration number A200117176 and accredited by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) under license number 226-LB-12072023-R. It also holds Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Certificate of Registration number 217-143-349-000, along with the required registrations, permits, and licenses from local government units and other government agencies.

PAMC works in connection with the Philippine Assist Life Foundation Inc., which is in charge of trainees’ scholarships, and the Philippine Assist Life Language and Development Center, Inc., which oversees the language training program for selected trainees. Together, these institutions make this project possible and turn our mission into reality. They share the same goal and vision: to promote quality training programs, with assistance from the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), that help trainees and workers enhance their skills and become competent to secure better opportunities and benefits.

In addition, we establish and maintain strong relationships with our foreign counterparts through mutual trust.

Presently, in Japan, PAMC has 24 supervising organizations, each working with between one and 55 accepting companies and their branches. The greatest demand for workers and trainees is in agriculture—including vegetable growing, poultry, hog, and dairy farming—as well as construction and other technical skill categories.

PAMC’s support for its workers and trainees does not end upon the completion or expiration of their training in Japan. We prepare them to face greater challenges and become globally competitive, whether locally or abroad. We are also preparing future markets for them in Singapore, Australia, Europe, and North America. This is our vision for the future.
